Order In-Stock Items by 11 AM CST and it will usually ship the same day. For all orders shipped via UPS please add 1 business day to the delivery time for UPS processing. Weekend deliveries are currently not available; all orders placed after 11 AM on Fridays will ship the following Monday. Please check the UPS Transit Time Map for specific shipping times to your location. If an item is not currently available, you will be notified the next business day by e-mail and/or phone.UPS shipping charges are automatically calculated and added to your invoice. If no shipping charges appear on the shopping cart order, you will be contacted before you order ships to confirm the proper charges. Canadian customers, please note: We will accept your credit card for payment if we can verify all billing information. If credit card info cannot be verified, then we will only accept a money order as payment. Go ahead & order from the web site & include your payment info. If there’s a problem with an item you purchased from us, you can either bring it to one of our stores or ship it back within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchange, or adjustment. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail to: Returns, Internet Sales We do not accept CODs and will refund shipping costs only for damaged or incorrect merchandise. Returned merchandise that appears overly used, visibly damaged (ie. scratched, scuffed, dented, etc) or missing the original packaging will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.) Returns over $250 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail. Prices at Penn Cycle.com apply only to Cyber Store items online. To get these prices at our retail stores simply print out the page listing the item and present it at any of our retail stores and they will adjust the price. Because of our retail store promotions the regular and sale prices may vary from time to time. No price adjustments can be made to any Penn Cycle Cyber Store items. Your purchase price is always the final price. Due to the electronic nature of posting websites, pricing errors are possible when we download the large website file.
